Vancouver's Downtown Condo Market heating up..1133 Homer at H and H
Wow, Just walked by the H and H building located at 1133 Homer, on the Corner of Homer and Helmcken in Yaletown, to my amazement 20 people are lined up already for Saturday's sale. I was on the sales team that originally sold most of H and H. I have to tell you, we sold all of the best suites 2 years ago. I do love the building, the finishes are nice, however, I think except for the so called loss leaders,the prices aren't that amazing. Looks like Vancouver's downtown condo market is heating up.
