In my opinion the studio suites at Wall Centre are a great property to own. Downtown Vancouver's Condo development, Wall Centre has two different floor plans for studio's..The smaller one is 424 sq ft and goes directly up the centre of the building to the 28th floor. This floor plan doesn't have  insuite laundry, but there is shared laundry in the building. The larger studio is 469 sq ft on the north west corner of the building, with insuite laundry and is perfect as either a Pied et Tere or rental. The floor to ceiling windows give them great views of the city, northshore mountains and some even have English Bay  water views, the walls of glass also make them feel larger. Furnished or unfurnished, the suites rent out very easily and get great rents, The affiliation with the Sheraton Wall Centre hotel, is another added bonus, all the hotel amenities are available to the suites, making them great short term rentals for business people who don't want to live in a hotel, but still have the amenities a hotel offers. They rarely come up for sale, and are quickly sold.
