Prices increase on Downtown Vancouver Condo's well atleast at Wall Centre they are...at 1050 Burrard Vancouver BC V6Z 2R9
Wow I think prices are increasing on condo's in Downtown Vancouver, if Wall Centre at 1050 Burrard st. Vancouver is any indication of what's going on in the market, the tides must be changing. A unit that was sold 2 short months ago. Is back on the market $150,000 higher.
When originally listed back in September of 08 it did start out at $649,900 and was reduced several times and still took a few months to sell, in January. Now less than 8 short weeks later, it is relisted at the original $649,000.00. It doesn't appear that any renovations have been done. Don't get me wrong it is a great suite and in my experience suites in Wall Centre are easy to rent. The comments read that it is already rented for the Olympics if that is something a buyer would like to take advantage of... Being an owner in Wall Centre and a true believer in the value of that building, I really hope that it sells close to the asking price. I am definitely going to keep my eye on it and am keeping my fingers crossed.
In actuality the last two listings sold for over list price in Wall Centre..Still my one of my favorite buildings in Downtown Vancouver.
