Don't call me if you are working with another realtor.
Don't call me if you are happy with your realtor..Sometimes I have to learn things the hard way. Thanks to the web and people contacting me through my website. I've been working with a lot more strangers, lately. I am always happy to meet and help new clients/friends and always look forward to these meetings. Typically I try to build a bit of rapport on the phone, or via email, prior to the first meeting and get a feel for the people. What bothers me and truly wastes my time, is people, who have there own realtors, who don't disclose this information, even when asked over the phone. It's not til I have them out, looking at properties that they mention they have their own realtor. Yesterday the people I was showing townhouses to actually mentioned they have their downtown condo listed with another realtor and chatted with their realtor while I was showing them another listing across town.
I ask you people. If your realtor is so great. Why are you calling me? Your realtor should be providing you will all the iinformation you are calling me for. It they are not providing you with that information then maybe you should think about getting another realtor. But please, if you already have a realtor that you are happy with don't call me, be loyal to your realtor and get your realtor to show you the listing you are interested in, that is what they get paid to do.
