"Everything is going to be alright" according to Vancouver Real Estate Condo king Bob Rennie

Martin Creed Everything is going to be alright

As you approach downtown Vancouver, coming over the Georgia Street Viaduct, if you look to your right towards Vancouver's Chinatown you will see 75 foot wide and 3 feet tall sign in the distance stating that "Everything is going to be all right"

This sign which is actually a work of art from artist Martin Creed  http://www.martincreed.com   has been installed on the oldest building in China town, The Wing Sang building,http://www.heritagevancouver.org/pdf/hv_news_2003_07_web.pdf  which will be the future real estate office and private gallery of condo king, and contemporary art collector Bob Rennie.

Bob Rennie has been restoring the Wing Sang building http://www.vancouversun.com/Travel/artful+restoration+Chinatown+oldest+building/1307738/story.htmlfor a few years now and it will be ready for occupancy later this fall.

I personally think, it is a great welcoming to all that cross into downtown Vancouver, and something we should all remember. "Everything IS going to be all right". It  just makes you feel good and it's the kind of positive statement we need more of..Thank you Bob Rennie!
