What you need to know, when buying a property for Rental purposes.
A lot of my clients are looking at buying properties for rental. In BC you must abide by the Residential Tenancy Act as outlined  from the Residential Tenancy Branch http://www.rto.gov.bc.ca/

As well as mediates any problems that arise between you and the renter. 

Videos to answer questions you might have.
 Easily explain some of the questions that arise when renting a property.
Including damage deposit rules. Pet rules. Rental increases etc.

I personally own 3 rental properties and have had great relationships with all my renters. It is a great way to invest in real estate and have someone else pay your mortgage. It is a bit of a learning curve of rights and responsibilities, but well worth it!
