Richards at 1036 Richards being developed by The Aquilini Investment Group going back for more density.
The Richards condo Project,located at 1036 Richards st. in downtown Vancouver,between Helmecken and Nelson. being developed by Francesco Aquilini of the Aquilini group is being put on hold, while they go back to the city for more density. Right now they are proposing to build an 18 story building with 226 apartments and townhouses, 2 detached heritage homes. I believe they are asking the city to let them add 6 more floors. So for now, they are not going ahead.
Currently the Residence sizes: Apartments, 553 sq. ft. - 885 sq. ft.; townhouses and penthouses, 1,168 sq. ft. - 1,315 sq. ft.
