I am handing over the keys for the condo I sold at 1408-1050 Burrard St Wall Centre today. This suite was originally part of the Suite of Dreams Collection, when we sold Wall Centre back in 1996. When I originally sold Wall Centre The "03" and "05"units above the 18th floor at 1050 Burrard St Wall Centre were a bit difficult to sell. Not sure why that was, except maybe they were a little smaller in size at 986 sq ft., but the "03's" at least. with its floor to ceiling windows had great English Bay views to the west and mountain and City views to the North. Lockboxes. Convenient yes, practical? At times. Acceptable in the Downtown Vancouver real estate community? Nope. As a matter of fact some buildings have a bylaw banning the use of lockboxes by realtors. Wall Centre at 1050 Burrard is one of those condo buildings.
